How to Shop for the Best Non-toxic Coffee Bean

Let’s chat about coffee! It’s in our daily routine from morning to night. It’s delicious, it can be healthy for you if you are drinking the right stuff, and a great energy booster. I personally have at least a cup a day myself, starting off my morning with a hot latte then a mid-day pick me up with a cold iced latte. Have you ever questioned where your coffee beans are sourced and what methods are used to process it? Whether you make it at home or pick one up at your local coffee shop, it’s a thought you might want to consider and question because I’m here to tell you it can lead to a health concern. I’m referring to mold, fungi, pesticides and Mycotoxins! Well, I’m here to tell you all about it and what to stay away from as well as what to look for when shopping for your next coffee.

I’m not one to drink coffee out unless I know the shop is sourcing sustainable coffee as well as organic pasture raised milks. I invested into a Breville Barista Express a few years ago and it’s been a life changer since. I love this machine so much! It grinds the beans fresh every time you make your cup, makes a phenomenal espresso shots that you can turn into Americano, latte, cappuccino, cold brew, you name it. And, it has a frother and hot water dispenser all in one. My long time favorite coffee is subscription only and you can place your order here (Lifeboost Coffee)

Take a look at the slides and let me know if you have any questions :)
